It is with great pride that I welcome you to our school website. I am truly honoured to serve as the new Principal of Strabane Academy.

I hope that as you explore these pages, you gain a clear sense of our commitment to the holistic development of every student in our care.

At Strabane Academy we offer a broad and balanced curriculum designed to nurture the unique strengths and talents of each individual pupil. Beyond the classroom, our students benefit from the wide range of enriching opportunities - from sports and music to educational visits, Scripture Union, and the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, to name just a few.

To all our Year 12 pupils waiting for their GCSE results, and our Year 11 pupils receiving their module results, we know the nerves, excitement and anticipation will be building!
Whatever the results bring, remember that one set of results does not define you or your future. Be proud of the effort you have put in, believe in yourself and look forward to the next chapter. 💙

Yesterday was a very special day at Strabane Academy as we celebrated the incredible achievements of our AS & A-Level pupils. After all their hard work, dedication and determination, it was an absolute pleasure to share this moment with them and their proud parents. ❤️
There were lots of happy tears, nervous giggles, huge smiles and, most importantly, a wonderful sense of achievement throughout the day. 🎉
We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Your results are a reflection of the commitment and effort you have shown throughout your time with us.
A huge congratulations to our pupils, and our heartfelt thanks to their families and the staff who have supported them every step of the way.

🥊 PUPIL SUCCESS! 🥊
Huge congratulations to Amira, Year 10, who travelled to Berlin, Germany last week to compete for Ireland at the WKU Kickboxing Championships. 🇮🇪🇩🇪
Amira had an outstanding competition, securing 🥉 Bronze in the Low Kick category before progressing to the K1 Final.
Competing in K1 for the first time, Amira put in a fantastic performance and came away with a brilliant 🥈 Silver medal!
What an achievement, Amira! 👏🥊 We are incredibly proud of you and all your hard work.
